Cost

The cost of your project depends on its size and complexity. I will provide you with an estimate after evaluating all of your needs and requirements. Regarding payment terms, an upfront deposit is required and multiple progress payments will be requested over the term of the project.

Please be assured that all the project hours will be tracked fairly, honestly, and accurately with my time tracking program. "My final invoice was 2/3 of what was quoted!" (Keith Edwards, Ian's Lawn & Landscape, Puyallup, WA) All the work will be done in the most efficient way possible, and therefore your money will be well spent.

Please be as specific as possible with your project specifications as that will save me time, which in turn saves you money. Considering the amount of time and work saved in the future, the small investment now is very well worth it!
