Software Development Process

1.	We begin by discussing your project specifications by phone, email, web meeting/remote desktop, and/or in person.
2.	I will provide you with a cost estimate after evaluating your project needs and requirements. After your acceptance of the estimate, your project will be started shortly after a deposit is made. Please note that multiple payments may be required throughout the term of the project.
3.	While the work is in progress, we clarify and confirm project details via phone and email, and you will get to see and review different revisions of your custom program. You will give me ongoing feedback and I will make ongoing revisions based on your feedback, and therefore the final product is guaranteed to be exactly what you wanted.
4.	The project is considered finished when you see that all of your requirements are in place and functioning correctly. However, I will always be available in the future to revise or enhance your custom program.
