I create new Excel spreadsheets and modify existing ones. If you are spending a lot of time updating your spreadsheets, they may not be efficient enough. I can write advanced macros to automate and simplify all the work you have to do. If there are too many spreadsheets to manage or if they get overcomplicated, I may suggest converting them an Access database program.
